Alma has been in the practice for over 18 years. She has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Special Projects, Taxation, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Administrative Law. She is an expert in Corporate Law, Foreign Investments, and Regulatory Compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission, National Telecommunications Commission and Department of Information Communications and Technology, performing legal advisory and assistance ensuring compliance by clients with the various issuance, rules and regulations.

 

Currently, she handles corporate secretarial responsibilities and disclosure requirements for corporate clients, some of which are publicly listed.
