In terms of litigation, the Firm has an extensive range of practice in civil, criminal and administrative adversarial proceedings. The Firm prosecutes and defends white-collar to capital crimes and handles intra-corporate controversies and disputes relating to the construction industry. It is the Firm’s practice to determine the best method to achieve the ends of the client, whether it involves alternative dispute resolution or an application for provisional remedies, summary judgments, and the other available writs to speed up trial. The Firm also has solid capabilities in prosecuting appellate actions.
