The firm offers the following services which are covered by the monthly retainer fee and are, therefore, not subject to special billings:

 

• Corporate secretarial services including, but not limited to, the preparation of minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and members, certifications, etc.;
   

• Consultations, advice and opinions on the fields of law affecting the business of the Corporation, such as general commercial law, labor law, etc., but excluding tax law and those which require extended studies or research;
