Atty. Inciong previously served in the government for about 7 years where he led in multiple roles and positions, among which were serving as Undersecretary with the Office of the Executive Secretary, Office of the President, Undersecretary for the Presidential Legislative Liason Office and the Department of Budget & Management.

After his government service, he went into the private practice of law where he was a founding partner at the Dato Inciong &  Associates Law office.

Atty. Inciong has joined the Firm as Of Counsel as of May 2021 and contributes his specialty and legal skills to the varied cases and matters handled by the Firm.

Atty. Inciong was admitted to the Philippine Bar, 2004. He completed his undergraduate studies from the Ateneo De Manila University, Loyola.  He graduated from the Ateneo Law School (Juris Doctor, 2003).  He now specializes in Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and Special Projects.
