Joyce’s practice areas include General Corporate law, Labor law, special laws (such as Transportation Law) and litigation.
 
She has performed due diligence work and participated in mergers and acquisition projects involving industries in transportation, finance, and health care. She renders corporate secretarial duties and provides assistance in regulatory compliances to diverse clients including ordinary stock corporations, foundations and Bangko Sentral-regulated companies (such as Remittance and Transfer Companies).
 

She has assisted several clients in registration and continuing compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Council, National Privacy Commission and Philippine Council for NGO Certification.

She is a member of the Philippine Bar and a Cum Laude Graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Baños and San Beda College of Law Manila where she graduated in 2016.
