Atty. Yambao is a Senior Associate of TSB Law. Her practice areas include Litigation or  Court Practice, including Special Proceedings, General Corporate Law, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Property, and Immigration. 
 
She has performed numerous due diligence work, participated in several mergers and acquisition projects, and has led special projects, involving industries in Telecommunications, Health Care, Finance, and Business Process Outsourcing. She heavily assists in regulatory and compliance-related services, and in license applications, registrations, permits, and/or authorizations in intellectual property, construction, immigration, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
 
She is an expert in data privacy law, managing clients with registration and continuing compliance with the National Privacy Commission, as well as the conduct of Privacy Impact Assessments, with deep experience in performing about 100 assessments and compliances for clients of TSB Law.
