Atty. Villa del Rey is a law graduate of San Beda University where he ranked 11th in his graduating batch. Prior to his taking of the Bar Examinations in 2022, he worked as an Underbar Associate of the firm. He was subsequently admitted to the Philippine Bar the same year

Atty. Villa del Rey obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the De La Salle University – Manila. He graduated with Cum Laude honors.
