Atty. Enriquez is a Senior Associate of TSBLaw.

 

Valerie’s practice areas include General Corporate Law,  Technology, and Civil and Criminal Litigation/ Court Practice.

 

Valerie is also part of the Corporate and Special Projects Team of the Firm which handles Due Diligence and Mergers and Acquisition projects and work. She has completed due diligence work on mergers and acquisitions of International Business Process Outsourcing Companies, Healthcare and Hospital Acquisition.

 

She has extensive exposure and expertise in Litigation matters --- civil, criminal and administrative.

 

Valerie is a member of the Philippine Bar and graduate of San Beda College of Law in 2017.
